Anti-static or anti-electric masterbatch, as its name suggests, prevents the accumulation of static electricity. This product from Corbi Polymer also improves printability, does not absorb dust and soot in plastic products. Static electricity is usually created when rolling films and when air passes over its surfaces, or by accidental contact between plastic parts during transportation or storage.
The accumulation of static charges can lead to process problems during transportation, packaging, and storage, which sometimes even causes fires and burns. For this reason, the use of antistatic in the production of plastic products is considered essential.
